Weekly classes:
Monday Morning Pilates Plus Class 9:30-10:30 am at the Wardley House Studio
This class is held at the Studio at Wardly House. Numbers are strictly limited to 6 people. The mat-based class combines resistance work (light weights and foam rollers) with mobility exercises.

The cost for a block of 4 classes is £60 (£15 per class). Students should bring their own mat and head towel.
New in April 2024! Tuesday Mornings In Person Fit Sit Stick Class 10:30-11:30 am
In April 2024, I will be starting a new in-person Fit Sit Stick class at Wing Village Hall. This will be on Tuesday mornings, 10:30-11:30 am. The dates are 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th April.
The cost is £40 for the block of 4 classes, or £15 on a drop-in basis.
Wednesday Mornings Online Fit Sit Stick Class 9:30-10:30 am.
These chair-based Fit Sit Stick classes are taught via Zoom. If you would like to book a place in the class please contact me directly by phone or via email..
The cost is £11 on a drop-in basis or £40 for a block of 4 classes.
Thursday Mornings Feldenkrais Classes 9:30-10:30am.
These are mat-based Feldenkrais classes taught via Zoom.

The cost is £11 on a drop-in basis or £40 for a block of 4 classes.
Classes are taught usually in blocks of 4 weeks on, and 1 week off.
All dates given are for the week beginning. Please note that I reserve the right to change the timetable in light of new circumstances.

Classes: This block is split over the Easter vacation. 2 weeks of classes from the week of 18th March to the week of 25th March. We have a week off for Easter (the week of 1st April ) and then resume for two weeks, from the week of 8th April to the week of 15th April 2024

One to one lessons
The Wardley House Studio
Private lessons at the Studio at Wardley House. These are available by appointment only and tend to go very quickly. Please contact me directly by email or phone if interested. Fee: £60 per lesson.

Home visits
I work with a limited number of private clients in their own homes by appointment. If you are interested in a home visit then please contact me directly by email or phone.
Fee: £60 per lesson plus £5 travel. Total - £65
